The liver is responsible for detoxifying the blood as it comes from the colon, lungs, and lymphatic system. Once detoxified, this blood moves into your entire body to provide your cells with oxygen and digested nutrients.
Because you eat, breathe, and create so many toxins, the liver has a hard time neutralizing these toxins. If you are constipated, this puts an extreme toxic load on your liver, which eventually leads to the excretion of these toxins through your skin and face. Excessive toxins coming out through your skin can lead to acne and other skin disorders.
All cellular wastes, used up hormones, and excess hormones are routed to the liver through your lymphatic system. Once in the liver, the liver starts the detoxifying process. If the liver is overloaded with toxins, it will start to store these toxins in its own cells, in the cells of your organs, in your joints, in your skin, or any other place where the body is weak.
Hormones, such as androgens that are not neutralized by the liver, can get back into the blood and move into the skin cells where they pile up and cause an over production of sebum that will flow into the hair follicle. This over production can cause acne.

Our innate desire is to be happy, and when we move away from it, we experience fear.
This fear is actually millions of years old, for it arises from the biological programming of our species.
While we may not have to contend with a sabre-toothed tiger on any given day, we still use those very reactions to deal with events looming ahead.
We think, "Will I be fired for making that mistake at work?" or "Will I be able to meet the mortgage after I fix the car?" or "Will my health continue to decline?" or "Will my relationship fall apart after that argument we just fell into?"
Running questions with this type of urgency and helplessness trains our brains to prepare now for future danger by loading our bodies up with the stress hormone cortisol.
Anxiety is our anticipation of a dangerous future. We imagine having even less of the little that we have today.
This anxiety does not help us in any way to meet the future any better. In fact, it weakens and exhausts us. We usually worry most about things that we can’t even control. Worrying about your dental visit, for example, will not make the visit better.
No commentsAndropause and hair loss often go hand in hand. Imagine clumps of hair falling off your head, or observing strands of once healthy hair collecting in the shower drain. Maybe you run your hand through your hair and feel it thinning. It can feel daunting and quite scary. Typically, hair loss is a result of an imbalance of male testosterone hormone in the body.
Instead of infusing the hair with healthy testosterone, enzymes break it down to a simpler form known as dihydrotestosterone. An excess of this hormone has the effect of decreasing the size of hair follicles which eventually break down and make your hair fall off sporadically. The medical condition that is best associated with hair loss in Andropause sufferers is hyperthyroidism. Hyperthyroidism is a by-product of decreasing levels of Human Growth Hormone, which is responsible for regulating our aging process.
Andropause sufferers’ hormones have a profound effect on the rate and consistency of hair loss. Dihydrotestosterone (considered by medical circles the strongest, most potent form of testosterone) is responsible for building and growing body hair in men (at normal levels - an excess causes hair degeneration.) This includes body hair, pubic hair, head hair, armpit hair ? any hair. DHT is directly produced in the skin, made to work by supporting enzymes that break it down for distribution throughout the body.
No commentsThe skin is the largest of the elimination channels. Through the skin toxins are eliminated which are brought to the skin surface from the blood. When the regular elimination channels are sluggish or partial plugged up such as your colon being constipated, not all toxins move out through your feces.
Toxins that accumulate in the colon tend to move into the blood, when colon walls have been weaken through constant constipation or abused through eating excessive junk food. Once in the blood they move into the liver for detoxification.
If you are frequently constipated, than your liver will be overworked and unable to detoxify all of the colon toxins. The liver will store a lot of these toxins in its own tissue and else where in your body’s tissues, joints, organs, cells and skin. When your pores are not working properly, excessive toxins in the pores can lead to acne.
When you have excessive toxins and your immune system is not able to detoxify them, these toxins will moved to the skin surface through the blood where they are enter the hair pores ? follicles ? and try to move to the skin surface. When your pores are not working properly, excessive toxins in the pores can lead to acne.

No commentsWhat’s curious is that most of them will be on these drugs for life. Equally curious is that over seventy percent of people who stop taking them, for any length of time, will relapse into another painful episode of their illness.
Something’s rotten in Denmark. Because if these drugs are as effective as their manufacturers claim, then sufferers should be cured of their illness. Clearly, this isn’t happening.
Why? I mean, if these drugs are so good, why don’t they cure stress, anxiety and depressive illness?
The commonly held belief, both by the medical profession and people who suffer from illnesses such as stress, anxiety and depression, is that anti-depressant drugs are the most effective treatment.
This is in fact, not quite true.
Antidepressant drugs DO help a sufferer. But they can only help them TEMPORARILY. They cannot offer a permanent cure for these illnesses. This is because anti-depressants treat ONE of the SYMPTOMS of stressful illnesses ? reduced levels of “happy chemicals” called neurotransmitters.
Neurotransmitters are the chemicals inside our brains that help to regulate our moods. So all anti-depressants do is to give the sufferer a “boost” by raising levels of neurotransmitters. The real issue here is that once the sufferer ceases the medication, there is a seventy percent chance of relapse.
No commentsThere is nothing about hair loss that is okay. In fact, there is nothing about it that is good. Of course there are many types of hair loss and the reasons for it number even more. What effect will hair loss have on you? Will it alter you own self image? Will it simply be a stepping stone in the course of your life?
Hair loss happens for a reason. You need to determine what the reason for your hair loss actually is. This may include a trip to the doctor’s office. Hair loss can be the result of chemical changes within the body. It can be caused by drug interactions within your body as well. Chemotherapy, radiation, and even pregnancy can trigger hair loss. Before you can determine what has caused your hair loss, you will need to see a doctor. First of all, consider what things have changed within you life. Have you started or changed medication? Have you undergone testing? Even consider how you take care of your hair. Has anything changed in your life pattern? Of course, there is always the chance that your hair loss is just hereditary in nature and is not a sign that something more is wrong. You can not determine this though, and for this reason alone, you should ask your doctor about your hair loss.
